Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Head Chef or Head Caterer in luxury catering/hotel/ haute cuisine settings.
• Proven track record in menu development and costing for high-end events.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining techniques, international cuisines, and current food trends.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards (HACCP).
• Experience with inventory management and budget control.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple events, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
