Placements24 is seeking an experienced Cruise Ship Hospitality Manager to oversee all shipboard hospitality operations on a luxury vessel. The role requires directing F&B, housekeeping, retail and guest services to deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction while at sea.

You will lead a multicultural team, manage budgets, ensure compliance with maritime safety standards, and collaborate with ship officers to maintain seamless guest experiences across departments; willingness to live at sea

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct all shipboard hospitality departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee service standards, quality control, and operational efficiency across F&B, housekeeping, retail, and guest relations.
• Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities within hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with ship officers and other department heads for integrated operations and guest enjoyment.
• Develop and implement innovative programs and services to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain inventory control for hospitality supplies and manage supplier relationships.
