Formación

• Previous experience as Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or boutique property.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation techniques and food presentation.
• Genuine passion for fresh ingredients, quality cooking and culinary excellence.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time during busy breakfast services.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a professional kitchen team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
• Professional attitude and reliability in guest-focused service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of breakfast dishes to ensure exceptional quality, freshness and consistency.
• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items including à la carte dishes and hot options.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
• Manage breakfast preparation schedules and ensure readiness for daily service.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage and assist with ordering and inventory control.
• Work with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Contribute to menu development with creative ideas to enhance the breakfast offering.
• Keep the kitchen organised, clean and compliant with procedures.
