Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium luxury customer experience and build long-term customer loyalty.
• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team with coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Oversee store operations, stock control, and visual merchandising to reflect brand prestige.
• Monitor financial performance and optimize profitability; manage IPAs and discipline as needed.
