Apex Group in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join its Capital Markets team, taking responsibility for the administration and oversight of a client portfolio. The role requires a proactive leader who can mentor junior staff, manage accounting processes, and contribute to the department's strategic success.

You will coordinate regulatory obligations, liaise with auditors and client directors to ensure timely, compliant reporting, and help drive cross‑jurisdictional

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP.
• Familiarity with AML requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
