Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics supervision or similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Randburg and Gauteng logistics landscape is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics activities, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods, adhering to delivery schedules and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock control procedures.
