• Monitor shipment progress, customs clearance, and final deliveries.
• Communicate with China HQ and internal teams regarding shipment updates.
• Coordinate local transportation for machinery and spare parts.
• Assist with logistics cost comparisons and supplier evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics files.
• Identify and elevate logistics risks and operational issues.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export logistics activities, including shipment tracking, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, transport companies, warehouses, ports, and other logistics service providers.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate customs clearance and shipping documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor shipment progress, customs clearance, port releases, transport scheduling, and final deliveries.
• Communicate regularly with China HQ and internal teams regarding shipment updates, delays, risks, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate local transportation for machinery, equipment, spare parts, and related products.
• Assist with logistics cost comparisons, supplier evaluations, and logistics service provider management.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, delivery notes, customs documentation, and logistics files.
• Identify potential logistics risks, delays, or operational issues and elevate them appropriately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within local logistics and supply chain operations.
