Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Manager for our client in Cape Town. The Logistics Manager will oversee truck loading operations and manage the fleet of vehicles and drivers, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control.

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics with a diploma or degree in logistics or related field, and proven leadership in fleet management, routing, dispatch, and reporting using fleet software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in logistics, transport, fleet management, or distribution operations.
• At least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing fleets, drivers, routing, dispatch operations, and transportation budgets.
• Experience working with vehicle tracking systems, fleet management software, and logistics reporting tools.
