Job summary

DSV in Kempton Park is seeking a motivated Logistics Engineering Graduate to join our Road Logistics team. You will assist with logistics optimisation, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects across customer and operational environments.

Get hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI and simulation tools while collaborating with Operations, Transport, Sales and Engineering teams. Recent Industrial Engineering graduates with internship exposure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• B-Eng Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year internship.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Power BI, Simulation tools (FlexSim/AnyLogic) and Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics and supply chain analysis.
• Assist with operational studies and data collection.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transport, Sales and Engineering teams.

DSV is seeking a motivated and analytical Graduate Logistics Engineer to join the Engineering team within Road Logistics. The successful candidate will support logistics optimisation, continuous improvement initiatives, solution design, and data analysis activities across customer and operational environments. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent Industrial Engineering graduate to gain practical experience within a global logistics organisation.
