Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics dispatch or a similar role.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for driver and customer interaction.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Knowledge of local geography and transport networks is advantageous.
