Job summary

Worldwide Positions in Sandton is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee deliveries, coordinate dispatch operations and ensure the transport function runs smoothly in a busy print production environment. This role requires strong organisation, accountability and teamwork, with hands-on problem solving and a willingness to take ownership of daily logistics tasks.

You will work with internal teams to align production, dispatch and deliveries, and you may be asked to cover weekend

Qualifications

• Previous logistics, dispatch or delivery coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Reliable, accountable and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Clear communication and detail orientation.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Experience in printing or production is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Oversee daily dispatch department operations.
• Maintain and update the D-Track system.
• Ensure company vehicles are maintained and roadworthy.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
• Take ownership of operational requirements.
• Collaborate with production, dispatch and deliveries to ensure smooth coordination.
