Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, dispatch, or related admin role.
• Experience coordinating outbound logistics and dispatch operations.
• Familiar with delivery scheduling and route planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Based in Soweto or able to commute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound logistics to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost.
• Liaise with transport providers for pickup and delivery.
• Prepare dispatch docs: waybills, invoices, delivery notes.
• Track shipments and update customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for outgoing orders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Address delays promptly and keep records of dispatches.
• Collaborate with warehouse to ensure order picking/packing.
