You will work with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to streamline the supply chain and support growth of product lines nationwide from a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably FMCG.
• Proficiency in transportation modes, freight forwarding, and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation scheduling, route planning, and freight management.
• Liaise with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses to ensure efficient shipment processing.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve delays.
• Optimize transportation costs while ensuring timely and reliable delivery of FMCG products.
• Maintain logistics records including shipping documents, delivery confirmations, and cost data.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service to align logistics plans.

This crucial role involves overseeing the seamless movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to logistics schedules. You will play a pivotal part in streamlining the supply chain, working collaboratively with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and support the robust growth of our client's extensive product lines across South Africa .

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation scheduling, route planning, and freight management.

• Maintain accurate logistics records, including shipping documents, delivery confirmations, and cost data.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, sales, customer service) to align logistics plans with business needs.

Requirements
