Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound transportation of goods, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
• Track shipments in real-time and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system data.
• Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve logistical problems and optimize delivery routes.
• Process shipping documentation, invoices, and customs forms as required.

You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, tracking shipments, managing inventory records, and resolving any logistical challenges that arise. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, with a proven ability to thrive in a remote work setting.
