Job summary

City Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Clerk to join our Centurion team. You will capture collection requests, schedule pickups, verify PODs, and maintain accurate records across our systems.

You will liaise with drivers and customers, provide timely updates, and support audits and continuous improvement of our collection processes in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Matric required; relevant customer service in logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of Operations Planning and logistics workflows.
• Experience in customer service within logistics improves performance.
• Solid communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer collection requests on the systems.
• Schedule collections and monitor service levels.
• Follow up on outstanding collections and escalate issues.
• Record and update collection information accurately in systems.
• Maintain POD and documentation handling and support audits.
