Duties
Monitoring and reconcile depot daily tracking and stock reportsAnalysing daily Pending reports and correction of status flowProcessing of rail and road transport instructions and follow up on deliveriesLiaising with transport vendors on a daily basis and follow up on deliveriesControl import road and rail overdueLiaising with depots on a daily basis for preparation of food grade and reefer containersPrepare and follow up of empty evacuation plansProcessing of transport and depot InvoicesDo container depot visits and auditsLiaising with transporters, depots, rail and port authorities
