The ideal candidate will have logistics or dispatch experience, strong organization, and good communication skills to liaise with drivers and customers in a hybrid work environment.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Logistics Associate to join their team in Centurion . This hybrid role involves coordinating daily delivery schedules and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics hub. You will balance on-site responsibilities with remote communication, liaising between drivers and management to resolve issues and optimize workflows. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and requires an individual who can adapt to both structured office tasks and dynamic, on-the-ground coordination, ensuring all logistical targets are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and dispatch drivers to assigned routes.
