Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all logistics and supply chain activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and demand planning for the Tembisa facility.
• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to reduce costs, improve service levels, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to secure favorable terms and service agreements.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs and stockouts.
• Implement and maintain robust tracking systems to monitor the movement of goods and ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customs procedures.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics and supply chain team.
• Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, production, procurement) to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Requirements
