Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in logistics and supply chain management with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing complex supply chain strategies.
• Extensive experience with WMS and TMS, and global/ international freight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

This executive position is crucial for shaping and executing the company's supply chain strategy, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to end customers. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in global supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, and inventory optimization. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Proven ability to manage global supply chains, including international freight and customs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
