Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead hybrid operations in Sandton. You will oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing and delivery, and develop strategies to boost efficiency, cut costs, and improve service levels across the organization.

You will guide a team, mentor logistics professionals, and build strong relationships with suppliers and carriers while leveraging ERP and WMS systems to enhance visibility and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Expertise in ERP and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated supply chain strategies for efficiency and cost savings.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
