You will be responsible for optimizing routes, managing carrier relationships, and maintaining detailed records of all logistical activities. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily delivery routes and driver assignments to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Track shipments in real-time, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders on delivery status.
• Manage communication with drivers, providing them with necessary information and support throughout their routes.
• Maintain accurate logs of dispatch activities, vehicle maintenance, and delivery performance data.
• Handle any exceptions or issues that arise during transit, implementing timely and effective solutions.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
