Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to transport operations.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all fleet vehicles are in good working condition.
• Manage inventory levels at the local distribution point and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics-related issues, resolving problems effectively.

Requirements
