Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to own the camp's field operation. You will run the guiding team, manage the fleet and equipment, and ensure guest allocations are optimized while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The role requires proven leadership in a high-end safari setting, FGASA qualifications, and a track record of developing staff. You will report to the senior reserve management and align with lodge operations to deliver an outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Senior guiding leadership experience in a high-end safari environment.
• All FGASA and related qualifications.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a guiding team.
• Sound understanding of vehicle fleet and equipment management.
• Experience coordinating guest activity scheduling and allocations.
• Excellent standards-driven, guest-centric approach.
• Confident handling of leave planning and staff discipline.
• Direct reporting to senior reserve management.

• All FGASA and related qualifications
• Strong track record managing and developing a guiding team
• Sound understanding of vehicle fleet and equipment management
• Experience coordinating guest activity scheduling and allocations
• Excellent standards-driven, guest-centric approach
• Confident handling leave planning and staff discipline
• Comfortable reporting directly into senior reserve management
