The role demands hands-on leadership, balancing premium hospitality delivery with operational excellence, and overseeing all lodge operations to ensure a world-class guest experience.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, manage FOH, F&B, housekeeping, and admin, and drive sound financial performance with budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or in a senior leadership role within a 5-star lodge.
• Strong operational knowledge across FOH, F&B, housekeeping, and admin.
• Solid financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, channel management).
• Strong leadership, people management and guest relationship skills.
• Professional, guest-focused hosting style.
• Hands-on proactive approach with problem-solving ability.

This role requires a hands‑on, guest‑focused leader who can seamlessly balance luxury hospitality delivery with operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the lodge, ensuring a world‑class guest experience, strong team leadership, and sound financial and operational performance. This is a highly visible role requiring presence, attention to detail, and the ability to create a warm yet refined guest environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or in a senior leadership role within a 5‑star lodge or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong all‑round operational knowledge (FOH, F&B, housekeeping, admin)
• Solid financial acumen with budget management experience
• Experience with hospitality systems (e.g. PMS, channel management tools)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
• Well‑presented, professional, and guest‑focused with a natural hosting style
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving ability
