Hospitality and Outdoor seeks an experienced Management Couple for a luxury lodge in the Northern Kruger. You will lead daily lodge operations and drive outstanding guest service across all departments.

The role demands strong leadership, staff development, cost control and a hands-on approach in a 24-hour operation. Live-in accommodation, meals, housing and provident fund benefits are included, with no children or pets allowed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' lodge management experience or 2-3 years' general management in luxury establishments.
• Strong knowledge of Front of House, F&B, Maintenance, Finance, Operations and HR.
• Proven track record with references.
• Ability to manage costs and lead staff in a 24-hour operation.

Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Management Couple for a prestigious luxury lodge in the Northern Kruger. This exciting hospitality opportunity is ideal for a professional couple with extensive lodge management experience, strong operational knowledge, and a genuine passion for exceptional guest service. The successful candidates will provide hands-on leadership, manage daily lodge operations, develop staff, control costs, and ensure consistently high standards across all departments.

Job Requirements - Lodge Management & Leadership

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality is beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years' lodge management experience OR 2-3 years' General Management experience within a luxury establishment - Essential.
• Strong knowledge of Front of House, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Finance, Operations and HR.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage and monitor operational costs.
• Proven track record with contactable references.
• Respectful approach towards local cultures and the ability to work effectively with local staff.
• Guest-focused philosophy with excellent hosting and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, people management, tolerance, patience and care.
• Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to changing working hours and shifts within a 24-hour operation.
• Ability to respond positively to changing responsibilities and operational requirements.
• Professional management approach, with the ability to motivate, encourage and develop staff.
• Excellent all-round operational understanding and hands-on approach.

• R60,000 - R70,000 per month, depending on experience
