Placements24 is seeking a diligent Recruitment Consultant to focus on placing professionals within the public sector and government-related entities in the Limpopo province. This field-based role requires strong local knowledge and deep understanding of government recruitment processes.

You will source, vet, and place candidates for government departments, state-owned enterprises, and public service organizations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procurement rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, especially for public sector or government roles.
• Strong knowledge of government HR policies and public sector recruitment frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for public sector roles in Limpopo.
• Source and vet candidates with required qualifications and security clearances.
• Develop relationships with government departments and public entities in Polokwane.
• Assess candidates to meet public service criteria and values.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and onboarding for hires.
• Stay updated on public sector employment laws and policies.
