Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Concert Promoter & Event Manager in Bloemfontein to lead planning, execution and delivery of live music events. You will secure venues, negotiate with artists and vendors, and coordinate all logistics to ensure memorable performances.

The role requires strong negotiation, budgeting, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and staff. Evening/weekend availability and travel for scouting are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, concert promotion, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering live music events.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Budgeting and financial oversight for events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of local Free State music scene is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
