• Ensure an outstanding and personalised guest experience.
• Maintain high operational, hospitality and service standards across the property.
• Oversee staff performance, training and development.
• Manage operational budgets and contribute to the lodge's financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure the property is consistently maintained to luxury standards.
• Drive a positive team culture and lead by example.
