Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience drafting legal documents and appearing in various courts.

• Proficiency in legal research databases and litigation support software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, applications and other court documents.
• Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, mediations and pre-trial conferences.
• Engage in discovery processes and liaise with clients and counsel.
