Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with up to 3 years post-admission experience.
• Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in litigation procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investigation and analysis of case facts and legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and precedents.
• Support senior lawyers in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records of all legal activities.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as directed.
