This early-career role provides hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial disputes, with close collaboration with senior attorneys and exposure to case prep, research, and client interactions.

You will assist in pleadings and court documents, conduct legal research, and support discovery and witness preparation, all in a collegial, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with 1–3 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong academic record and civil procedure understanding.
• Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficiency with legal databases and standard office software.
• Eagerness to learn and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of pleadings, applications and court documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Support senior lawyers in discovery, evidence gathering and witness preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court officials.
• Attend court hearings, mediations and other dispute resolution proceedings.
