Job summary

Pick n Pay is seeking a hands-on liquor store supervisor to help manage stock, merchandising and customer service within a busy liquor department. You will ensure hygiene and safety standards, oversee stock levels and lead a small team to deliver excellent shopping experiences.

The ideal candidate has Matric Grade 12, at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and experience in wine or liquor departments or departmental management.

Qualifications

• Matric Grade 12 and minimum 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Previous experience in the Wine/Liquor department or experience in managing a department.
• Willingness to uphold hygiene, safety and stock management standards.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stock management within the liquor department.
• Manage daily operations and customer service delivery.
• People management and development of staff.
• Finance and administration tasks related to the department.
