Huzzle is hiring a commercially-minded Performance Ads Manager to drive high-quality lead generation and growth for our clients. You will own client open days, optimize cost per lead, and improve funnel performance from click to conversion in a fully remote role.

You will work with a tight-knit team, testing creative concepts, performing competitive analysis, and reporting on monthly performance. The role emphasizes ownership, strategic insight, and collaboration with content creators.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns to ensure client open days are fully booked.
• Maintain and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) within target ranges.
• Monitor and improve the Lead-to-Booking rate through funnel analysis.
• Conduct ongoing competitive research to keep clients ahead in local markets.
• Develop and test new creative concepts in collaboration with content creators.
• Continuously evolve and A/B test landing pages to maximize conversion performance.
• Provide detailed monthly reporting, documenting optimizations and strategic shifts.
• Utilize Anytrack for server-side tracking to ensure data accuracy and attribution.
