Job summary

AVBOB is recruiting two Senior Clerk positions for its Centurion Contact Centre in Gauteng. The roles involve administrative and customer support related to life insurance policies, with FAIS compliance and regulatory adherence.

Successful candidates will handle policy servicing, client communications and maintain accurate records, while meeting service standards and deadlines in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in the life insurance industry.
• 140 long-term insurance FAIS credits.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FAIS compliance and policy administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone enquiries regarding AVBOB policies and take appropriate action.
• Process policy servicing requests and maintain client/policy records.
• Provide policy values, information and documentation to clients or brokers.
• Follow up on unpaid premiums and outstanding requirements on new business.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
