Qualifications

• Matric.
• 2+ years' experience in life insurance industry.
• Computer literate.
• RE5 will be an advantage.
• Afrikaans and English fluent speaking/reading/writing.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings.
• Assist in the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applications.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues.
• Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needs.
• Manage and organize client files, records, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations.
• Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends.

Skills
