Job summary

AtripleA recruitment & temps seeks a Broker Administrator – New Business to support Pretoria East clients in life insurance policy administration and client service. You will assist in identifying prospects, process new applications, maintain records, and liaise with brokers and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates have Matric, 2+ years in life insurance, fluent Afrikaans and English, and a valid driver’s license. RE5 is an advantage; own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric, life insurance experience preferred.
• Fluent Afrikaans and English in speech and writing.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• RE5 will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings.
• Assist in the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applications.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations.
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues.
• Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needs.
• Manage and organize client files, records, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations.
• Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends.

Skills
