Job summary

CBC Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Lending Support Administrator to join a central London team focused on digital banking mortgage customers. You will support KYC/CDD processes and act as a subject matter expert while modelling top-tier customer service.

The role requires strong Word/Excel skills, attention to compliance, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities within a growing department. A bonus and benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Word and Excel with knowledge of KYC, CDD and ISA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Authorise work via 'four-eye' checking across all processes.
• Record and rectify errors found, provide feedback and identify root causes.
• Train, provide direction and enforce policy to help team achieve department goals.
• Model customer service by handling enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure KYC/KYB due diligence on all new accounts (Pensions, Trusts, Business, Charity).
• Point of contact for the wider team on customer enquiries related to products and processes.
• Recommend improvements in business processes.
• Maintain flexibility as priorities shift with volumes and staffing.
