About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Leisure Facilities Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of their recreational venues, primarily focusing on sports fields and community spaces in Port Elizabeth . This remote role involves coordinating bookings, ensuring facility readiness, liaising with user groups, and overseeing maintenance schedules to maximize the availability and quality of these amenities. The successful candidate will be adept at managing schedules, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, even while working remotely. This position is key to supporting community engagement in sports and recreation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the booking and scheduling of all leisure and sports facilities, ensuring efficient utilization.
