Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Leisure Centre Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the community leisure facility in East London. You will manage operations, ensure high service standards, supervise staff, and maintain the facility to create a welcoming environment for members.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, health and safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors for repairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leisure Management or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management.
