About the Role

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain the cleanliness and safety of the centre, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, provide information, and assist with inquiries regarding facility services and programs.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all leisure centre areas, including gyms, pools, and common spaces.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events, classes, and activities.
• Ensure the safety and security of the facility by enforcing rules and reporting any concerns.
• Operate the reception desk, handle bookings, and manage basic administrative tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed according to established protocols.

Requirements
