Job summary

Placements24 is assisting a Gauteng-based client in Tembisa seeking a diligent Legal Advisor to join the group’s legal department on a hybrid basis.

You will provide commercial and corporate legal support, draft and review contracts, manage governance, and help mitigate risk across the organization.

The role requires an LLB and 3–5 years’ relevant experience, with strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant corporate or commercial experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African contract and corporate law.
• Excellent research, analytical and drafting abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
