Formación

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admitted as an Attorney or Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
• 0-3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law, contract law, or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of contract drafting and review principles.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and amend various commercial agreements, including service agreements, supply agreements, NDAs, and lease agreements.
• Provide clear and concise legal advice to internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and commercial matters.
• Assist in conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations impacting the business.
• Support the Senior Legal Counsel in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Maintain and update contract management systems and legal databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Assist in the development and delivery of legal training to non-legal staff.
