Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and amend commercial agreements (service, supply, NDAs, leases).
• Provide clear legal advice to internal stakeholders on contracts and commercial matters.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution with Senior Legal Counsel.
• Maintain contract management systems and legal databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations impacting the business.
• Support the Senior Legal Counsel in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Maintain and update contract management systems and legal databases.
