Placements24 is seeking an Instrumentation and Control Engineer for a Centurion-based role. You will design, implement, and maintain advanced control systems and instrumentation used in industrial processes to optimize performance and safety.

The ideal candidate has a strong automation background, hands-on PLC/DCS experience, and a passion for solving complex control problems in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in industrial automation and control systems.
• Hands-on experience with PLC platforms and HMI software.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLCs and DCS.
• Develop instrumentation diagrams, control logic, and HMIs.
• Troubleshoot process control systems and sensors/actuators.
• Collaborate with process engineers to automate processes.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and performance of control systems.
• Stay updated on automation technologies.
