ADvTECH's Emeris Waterfall Campus invites applications for a Lecturer in Humanities and Social Sciences. The role involves lecturing on programmes (IIE qualifications), marking, and contributing to student learning across delivery modes.

You will also support lecturer development, drive student success, and promote scholarly activity within the campus, aligning with The IIE’s targets and standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology is required.
• Minimum of 5 years teaching and learning experience, preferably in a teaching environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage relationships and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lecture on programmes (must lecture on an IIE qualification) across various delivery modes.
• Mark assessments and provide feedback; moderate scripts where necessary across IIE sites.
• Assist in lecturer development and support processes, including workshops and peer reviews.
• Champion academic development and support for the programme; track student success and interventions.
• Promote a culture of scholarship and contribute to IIE annual research output targets.
