Qualifications

• Degree/Honours/Master's in HR Management.
• 2–3 years Lecturing or Formal Tutoring.
• 1–3 years of industry-specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students based on module requirements.
• Update Learning Management System and provide feedback to students.
• Engage and prepare students for assessments and identify at-risk learners.
• Analyse student results and track module performance with the Central Academic Team.
• Develop and design teaching-learning materials in support of module outcomes.
• Assist with student registration and orientation as required.
• Reflect on, review and analyse student module results.
• Support faculty requirements and participate in academic meetings.
