Emeris is seeking a Lecturer for the Faculty of Education at the Ruimsig Campus. The role involves lecturing on IIE qualifications, marking, and contributing to lecturer development and student support.

The incumbent will promote scholarly activity, track student progress, and participate in research output targets while collaborating with campus teams. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Masters in Education required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of lecturing experience in higher education.
• Experience teaching Education modules at tertiary level.
• Foundation phase teaching experience and conference/publication activity advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lecturing on programmes (must lecture on an IIE qualification) across various delivery modes.
• Marking assessments and providing feedback; internal moderation when needed across IIE sites.
• Assist in lecturer development, workshops, and student initiatives.
• Champion academic development and support for a programme; track student success and interventions.
• Promote a culture of scholarship and contribute to research output targets.
