Job summary

Sage Accounting Learning Facilitator role based in Johannesburg, hybrid. Deliver engaging learning sessions across virtual and in-person formats, adapt to learner needs, and build practical knowledge of Sage products.

You will manage learning administration, gather feedback, and collaborate with learning, sales and operations to continuously improve the learner experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sage Accounting product certification.

Job description

Are you passionate about helping people learn and confident in bringing product knowledge to life? We're looking for a customer-focused Learning Facilitator to deliver engaging and practical learning experiences to Sage customers. You'll help customers strengthen their product knowledge, build confidence and get more value from Sage solutions through both virtual and in-person learning. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands Sage Accounting, enjoys working with customers and can make learning clear, practical and engaging. This is a hybrid role based in Johannesburg, requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and can create an engaging learning experience for customers with different levels of knowledge and confidence.

You'll also have:

You'll focus on building your knowledge of the learning content, customers and delivery approach. As you settle in, you'll take ownership of learning sessions, build relationships with key stakeholders and start identifying opportunities to improve the learner experience.

You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to how customers experience and use Sage products. You'll work with customers across different learning environments, adapt sessions to their needs and see the impact of your work as learners build their knowledge and confidence. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas, use new learning technologies and help shape improvements to our learning content and delivery.
