Job summary

Sage Intacct Essentials Solutions Consultant in Johannesburg combines accounting know-how with customer-focused demonstrations. You’ll work with the Sales team to understand each customer’s challenges and requirements, translating them into clear demonstrations that show how Sage Intacct Essentials meets their needs.

?As a Sage Intacct Essentials Solution Consultant, you'll play an important role in helping prospective customers understand how Sage Intacct Essentials can improve the way they manage their finances and support their growth.
Working closely with our Sales team, you'll get to know each customer's business, challenges and requirements. You'll then bring the solution to life through engaging demonstrations, practical recommendations and clear explanations of how Sage Intacct Essentials can meet their needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands accounting and financial processes, enjoys working with customers, and can turn complex requirements into simple, practical solutions that help progress opportunities.
This is a hybrid role based in Johannesburg, requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.

You’ll have a good understanding of accounting and financial business processes, combined with the confidence to engage customers and explain solutions in clear business terms.
You’ll also bring:

You’ll also bring:

• Building your knowledge of Sage Intacct Essentials and our customer needs.
• Working alongside Sales Consultants to understand the sales and discovery process.
• Developing confidence in delivering customer demonstrations.
• Starting to lead discovery conversations and recommend solutions based on customer requirements.

Success in this role means giving customers confidence that Sage Intacct Essentials is the right solution for their needs.
You’ll understand their requirements, demonstrate the solution effectively and clearly connect its capabilities to their business challenges. While the Sales Consultant owns the customer relationship, opportunity and commercial close, you’ll be the solution expert who owns the depth of discovery, solution fit and quality of the demonstration.

• Work away scheme for up to 10 weeks a year.
