You will develop content, run sessions and support the rollout of new interventions. A Diploma and experience with LMS tools like Moodle or Articulate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Learning and Talent Development - Intermediate: works at an intermediate level to ensure people at all levels possess and develop required skills and knowledge.
• Training Program Design - Intermediate: design and develop courseware and programmes; experience in e-learning and blended-learning is advantageous.
• LMS, E-Learning and Computer-Based Training - Intermediate: use LMS and online platforms to deliver instructional content and assessments; exposure to learning tech is advantageous.
• Multimedia Education - Intermediate: provide computer-based training materials enabling interactive content.
• Assessment - Fully Competent: analyze training needs and make recommendations to achieve business impact.
• Data Management - Human Resources - Fully Competent: analyze HR data to support decision making and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design learning sessions to meet curriculum requirements and fill gaps in programmes.
• Develop content for online, blended, face-to-face and self-paced learning.
• Deliver training sessions and short courses with engaging instruction.
• Support rollout of new learning interventions and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Identify learning needs by analyzing performance data and recommend priorities.
• Develop training courses to fill gaps and run programmes for technical areas.
• Design UX/UI for intranet interfaces and integrated learning environments.
• Integrate learning technologies to enhance engagement and accessibility.
